Issues noted by J. Owens - Won in an auction at which we were unable to inspect the comic, from the front the cover presents well with interesting art of Magneto attacking Wolverine, Storm and Colossus. Overall Very Fine Minus appearance UNTIL the back cover unfortunately suffered what appears to be something like a coffee spill. Hence the qualified grade of 1.5 for the back cover. The bleed through of the stain lessens from a substantial amount of damage on the back cover to a small spot on page 27 effecting the last three pages of paneled art and two pages of advertisements. The back cover is also torn (<10%). It is imminently readable and would look great slabbed or framed, however, it is not mint condition. For this reason this comic is offered at cost. I have posted additional photos showing the condition of the back cover and back pages in contrast with the front cover and first 26 pages.
