Owens - tear and color abrasion at top spine edge of front cover, moderate wear around the spine and all three edges of the front cover, minor corner fold (<1/4") extending to first three interior pages and fourth interior page corner missing. Rear cover has moderate splits, a 1/2" edge tear and bottom rear corner torn off with a tear about an inch into the bottom edge.
