Issues noted by J. Owens - bottom staple detached. Brown water stain 1/2" by 1" on front upper interior cover corner extends across all pages but only visible across first three interior pages in margin not affecting panel art. Pieces missing front cover at edge near middle, < 1 inch spine split top and bottom, bottom cover detached, 1/8" bottom corner right front missing, two 1/8" tears and stress creasing top cover edge
