On the edge of Bronze Age, this anniversary issue finds Stan Lee/Jack Kirby at the height of their talent as noted in the credits on the splash page.  A solid copy with a few minor issues on the front cover including a thin scratch in Sue Storm's shoulder along with minor discoloration and wrinkles/fold lines on the back cover.  Comparing it to other graded books I place it in the 8.0 realm.  Take a look at the photos of this item and if you like it add it to your FF collection!
