Jeff's Notes on Condition:  Older but for this era (silver age) it is a very clean book, pressed and aged well, complete, no missing pieces inside or out, really hard to find any defect (maybe some slight spine stress).   The artwork and content fall into the category of vintage and historical record.   I grade more along the lines of Overstreet not CGC so not sure what CGC would say or do as it is not a modern book.  I have it at Very Fine Plus (8.5).  Have a look at the photos I have posted and let me know if you think otherwise.
