Comic book from the early history of super heroes.  Larger format. In this issue, Wonder Woman becomes the "secretary" for the Justice Society.
 
I have it at VG (4.0).  There is a 1/4" triangular area at the top edge near the middle that was probably from a piece of tape taking the surface of the page off.  The spine roll is moderate, one staple detached at the centerfold and the otherloose.  The front and back covers are still attached.  No other major, moderate issues.  Good shape for a comic of this era and age.
